Josiah learned the ropes from his father throughout high school and college, working on the Blooma crew every summer and holiday break. After earning his business degree at the University of Washington, Josiah worked several places, ending up as an arborist for the city of Seattle Department of Transportation. In 2016, he fulfilled his father's goal and joined the family firm. Today, Josiah is a crew leader and estimator for Blooma. He is married to his lovely wife, Lauryn.
